Which bell size should I choose?

Choosing the proper kettlebell when first starting is key. Too light and you will not learn proper hip drive to get the bell moving, too heavy and form can be compromised. Here are the bell sizes that we suggest when first starting out. You will find that once you develop the proper technique (which the SKOGG Method will show you) you will be able to move up in bell size quickly.

We recommend the following bell sizes for women starting out:
Beginner/Level 1:  9lb
Intermediate/Level2:  18lb
Advanced/Level 3:  26lb
Warrior/Level 4:  35lb+


We recommend the following bell sizes for men starting out:
Beginner/Level 1:  18lbs
Intermediate/Level 2:  26lbs
Advanced/Level 3:  35lbs+
Warrior/Level 4:  44lbs+
